Pre-ordering

When will my bag ship?: The estimated ship date for this collection is December 25, 2026. We’ll email you as soon as your bag is on its way.
When do I pay?: In full at checkout, when you place your pre-order.
Can I cancel my pre-order?: Yes. Email allie@reignwala.com any time before your bag ships for a full refund.
Will my bag look exactly like the pictures?: Our pieces are 100% handmade, so no two are exactly alike. Black leather is somewhat variable and there are slight differences from piece to piece.

How much should I expect to pay for shipping?: USPS shipping, which delivers in 2-4 business days within the USA, is included in the price of all reign_wala merchandise.
Where do you ship?: Right now we ship within the United States.
What if I don’t love it?: We really, really want you to LOVE your reign_wala piece, and tell everyone you know about us. For that reason, if you don’t absolutely love your piece, we will be happy to accept your return. The full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do reign_wala goods ever go on sale?: We don’t do traditional “sales,” but we do have offers shared exclusively with the members of our Instagram and Email tribe. Follow us on Instagram and get on our email list to be included.
Can I see the bags in real life?: Come say hello and shop in real life in NYC! To schedule a 1:1 appointment, or to suggest an event or marketplace we should attend in future, send a note to allie@reignwala.com.
